Account deletion

For VeraTime accounts on iPhone, Android, and the web.

Fastest path: In the mobile app, open Settings → Account → Delete Account. You can also use Legal & Privacy → Privacy Center, or sign in to the web Privacy Center.

What happens

Sign in so VeraTime can verify the account.
Choose Delete Account and confirm the permanent deletion.
If you use Sign in with Apple, complete Apple's verification so VeraTime can revoke its authorization.
VeraTime immediately removes the account and account-linked data, then signs the device out.

What is deleted

Firebase Authentication, profile and contact data, marketing consent, account entitlements, private race-role grants, presence sessions, local account/race data, and Race Radio messages and audio authored by the account are deleted. Web Stripe customer data is deleted when present.

Limited retention

Shared race timing facts are preserved for race integrity, and limited transaction/audit facts are retained for fraud, tax, dispute, and legal obligations. Account identifiers in those retained records are removed or replaced with a generic deleted-account value. Deleting VeraTime does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; use the store subscription controls before or after deletion to stop billing.
