Getting started
Create or join a team, complete your account profile, choose your language, then select the active team from your account menu.
Events and attendance
Create an event from the plus button, choose invitees, and use the event page to RSVP, message invitees, or take attendance. The event creator and Head Coach can edit or cancel an event.
Training Review
Coaches and linked parents can capture a video for an athlete. Coach videos can be shared to Training Review; parent videos stay in the athlete’s inbox unless the Head Coach shares them. Save a video to Photos before its temporary cloud relay expires.
Messaging and safety
Each team includes Team, Coaches, and Parents conversations. Athletes under 18 need a linked parent before they can send or receive direct messages.
Need help?
Email support@vera-time.com with your team name, device, and a short description of what happened. Do not include a child’s personal information or a video in a support email.
