VeraTime Teams Terms

Updated October 18, 2026 · Billing clarification to Version 2026-10-03

These terms govern VeraTime Teams, operated by Next Dimension Fun LLC. By using Teams, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. VeraTime Race is a separate product with separate terms and accounts.

Accounts and teams

You must be at least 13 to hold a Teams account. If you are under the age of legal adulthood, use the service with your parent or guardian's permission. Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Team coaches manage admissions and role permissions. Do not impersonate another person or access information outside your permitted role.

Respectful use and content

You retain your rights to content you provide. You grant us permission to store, process and deliver it as needed to operate the features you use. Only upload or share content you are authorized to provide, including images and information about athletes. Do not post unlawful, abusive, threatening, exploitative, discriminatory or infringing content. Do not harass others, compromise accounts, bypass access or subscription controls, or disrupt the service.

Use the report controls or contact support@vera-time.com about inappropriate content. Reports may include relevant conversation records and available media. Coaches ordinarily handle team reports; platform staff may restrict access or remove content to address misuse, legal obligations or service security. Teams is not an emergency reporting service.

Subscriptions

Website Performance plans are $50 USD per month or $299 USD per year, renewing automatically until canceled; the $149 USD five-calendar-month season pass is a one-time purchase. Any promotion and the amount due are disclosed before you authorize payment. After a previously paid website subscription renewal fails, eligible team access continues for up to 14 days after the paid-through date while payment recovery is attempted. Successful recovery retains the original billing period. Grace does not apply to a failed first purchase, canceled renewal, revoked coverage, or Apple-managed purchases. Free team features and stored team records remain available according to the applicable retention policy.

Team communication and paid features are identified in the app. The purchase screen states the price, coverage period and renewal terms before payment. An eligible adult may sponsor coverage for a team; sponsorship does not grant coach permissions. Access depends on active team coverage and the member's role.

Manage supported website subscriptions through the team's subscription page and billing portal. Turning off renewal preserves already-paid coverage through its end date. One-time coverage does not renew unless stated at purchase. For supported website subscriptions, account deletion initiates cancellation of sponsored renewals. Apple subscriptions must be canceled separately through your Apple subscription settings; deleting your app account does not cancel Apple billing. Account deletion does not erase another member's records or automatically refund prior payments. For Apple purchases, monthly and annual Performance plans renew automatically until canceled; the five-calendar-month season pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Each purchase covers the originally selected team. The Apple Account's monthly/annual subscription remains assigned to that original team and account, including after expiration; use Restore Apple purchases to recover access, or Manage Apple subscription to cancel or change duration. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal. Cancellation preserves access through the paid expiration. Apple handles Apple purchase billing and refund requests; visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Contact support about other billing problems or refund requests. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Training, timing and availability

Teams supports coaching and practice timing. Results depend on device setup, detection, clock accuracy and connectivity and may require review or correction. Do not rely on the app as a safety system or a guarantee of official competition timing. Coaches and participants remain responsible for safe training, supervision and compliance with venue and sport rules.

Internet service, devices and providers can fail. Features or media may become unavailable, and some media expires. Export information you need to keep, and retain appropriate backups of your own content. We may maintain or change the service and will communicate material subscription changes as appropriate.

Virtual courses, race organization and safe locations

YOU SET UP AND USE ANY VIRTUAL COURSE, START LINE, FINISH LINE, CAMERA GATE OR TIMED ACTIVITY AT YOUR OWN RISK. A marker, map, camera overlay, GPS position or app instruction is not permission to race and does not mean that a location is safe, open, authorized or supervised.

You and the organizer are responsible for inspecting and selecting safe locations and routes, obtaining landowner and ski-area permission and any permits, selecting appropriate start/finish zones and run-out areas, protecting bystanders, and arranging qualified supervision and emergency procedures. Consider terrain, traffic, visibility, weather, avalanche conditions, equipment, ability, age and fatigue. Stop, relocate or cancel the activity when conditions are unsafe. Do not place gates, phones, tripods or other equipment where they obstruct a trail, lift, road, access route or emergency response.

Follow all ski-area and landowner rules, closures, signs and patrol instructions, applicable sport and competition rules, and all laws and regulations in the country, state, province and locality where you operate. Stay in control, respect rights of way and others' safety, and never enter closed or restricted terrain, trespass, create an unauthorized race, or encourage another person to break a rule. Do not operate the app while moving if doing so distracts you or increases risk. A phone, Bluetooth relay or cloud connection is not an emergency communications system.

Coaches, clubs, directors and organizers retain responsibility for participant eligibility, informed permissions, appropriate adult supervision of minors, instruction, staffing, equipment and insurance where required. We do not inspect, approve, control or supervise your course or event, supply a ski patrol, certify an organizer, or warrant that using the app satisfies a governing body's timing or safety requirements. Contact venue staff, ski patrol or local emergency services directly in an emergency.

Physical activity risks and responsibility

Skiing, snowboarding, racing and other physical activities involve risks including collisions, falls, changing snow and weather, terrain hazards, equipment failure, serious injury and death. Participation must be voluntary and consistent with your abilities and health. Where lawful, you assume the inherent risks of your chosen activity and the risks created by your own course placement, misuse, failure to follow rules or failure to use appropriate precautions. Do not use timing results, coaching comments or rankings as medical advice or a reason to continue an unsafe activity.

Where applicable law permits, you release Next Dimension Fun LLC and its personnel from claims arising solely from inherent activity risks or your own unsafe or unlawful conduct. This is not a release of our negligence or other responsibility that cannot legally be waived. No provision authorizes unsafe conduct, replaces a required venue waiver, or waives a minor's rights through another person's unsupported acceptance.

Warranties, timing limitations and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Teams is provided as is and as available, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability or timing accuracy. Capture, detection, calibration, synchronization, nearby relay, notifications and storage can fail, be delayed or require review. Maintain independent timing records and backups, verify results, and never rely on Teams as your sole safety or official-results system.

To the extent permitted by law, Next Dimension Fun LLC and its personnel and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive losses, including lost data, revenue, opportunity or goodwill arising from use of Teams. Where a monetary cap is lawful, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid for Teams in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions, releases and caps do not apply to liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability, statutory guarantee or consumer right that applicable law prohibits us from excluding or limiting. Mandatory rights in your country remain in effect.

Responsibility for third-party claims

Where lawful, an organizer or business user will indemnify Next Dimension Fun LLC against reasonable third-party losses and defense costs caused by that user's unlawful event operations, unauthorized data or content, or material breach of these terms. This obligation applies only to the extent caused by that user's conduct and does not cover our negligence, misconduct or liability that cannot legally be shifted. We will provide prompt notice, reasonable cooperation and a reasonable opportunity to defend a covered claim; no settlement may impose an admission or obligation on us without our consent. Consumers retain all mandatory protections.

Suspension, governing law and severability

We may restrict access to protect people or systems, comply with law or address a material breach, with notice and an opportunity to remedy where appropriate. Michigan law governs to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections or access to courts available in your place of residence. There is no mandatory arbitration or waiver of non-waivable rights in these terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Leaving the service

You can request account deletion in Profile and Account. Verify your identity and resolve team ownership choices when prompted. Processing may take time; restricted report evidence, limited financial records and records required for security or legal obligations may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Recipient downloads and emailed copies cannot be recalled.
