Using VeraTime Teams
VeraTime Teams is a coordination and training-feedback tool for ski teams. It is not an emergency service, an official race timing system, or a substitute for coach, parent, school, club, or governing-body supervision.
Eligibility and team responsibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Teams are responsible for inviting members lawfully, obtaining any permissions needed to capture or share media, and maintaining appropriate adult supervision. Head Coaches control team settings and membership administration.
Account security
Keep your sign-in method secure. You may add an email/password recovery method alongside Apple or Google sign-in. Do not share access to your account. We may suspend access to protect users or the service.
Content and behavior
You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us the limited rights needed to store, relay, and show it to authorized team members. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or privacy-violating content. Coaches may remove reported content from the team feed.
Media retention
Training-video availability is temporary. Saving a permitted copy to the device is the user’s responsibility. We do not guarantee preservation of video, messages, results, or other data beyond the service’s stated retention practices.
Disclaimers and changes
The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, Next Dimension Fun LLC disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential loss. We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be presented in the app or on this page.
