Information we process
We process account details, team roles, profile details, event responses, messages, XP activity, and media a team member chooses to create or share. Coaches may add athlete roster information such as bib number, squad, and attendance. Linked parents can review their child’s messages as described in the app.
How team information is used
Information is used to operate team coordination, training review, practice timing, notifications, and account support. Team data is scoped to the active team and its authorized members. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Training video and photos
Training videos use a temporary cloud relay so they can be delivered to the intended athlete and, for coach videos, optionally shared to Training Review. The full video is deleted according to the in-app retention schedule. A selected thumbnail and written feedback may remain as part of the athlete’s team record. Users may save their own permitted media to their device before expiration.
Service providers
We use Firebase and Apple/Google sign-in services to provide authentication, storage, notifications, and app operations. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Your choices
You can review and change your account profile, notification preferences, and linked sign-in methods in the app. You may request account deletion in Profile and Account. Deletion archives non-owner team membership records; a Head Coach must transfer ownership before deletion. Deleting the Firebase account releases the email address for a new account.
