Next Dimension Fun LLC operates VeraTime Teams, including its mobile apps and web companion. This policy explains how we handle information when you use Teams. VeraTime Race has a separate policy.
We use this information to authenticate accounts, enforce age and role restrictions, organize teams, provide coaching and timing features, deliver requested notifications, administer subscriptions, investigate reports, prevent misuse, diagnose service problems, and understand service reliability and usage. Teams does not use your information for cross-app advertising tracking or sell personal information.
Team information is shared with the members and coaches permitted by the relevant team role and feature. Parents may have access to information about linked athletes. A team administrator can manage membership and records within their permissions. Shared race information may be accessible to authorized race participants or recipients of exports. Check the audience before posting, messaging, or sharing a file.
We use service providers including Google/Firebase for authentication, hosting, databases, storage, notifications and crash diagnostics; Stripe for website payments; Apple for iOS in-app purchases and subscription management; and Brevo for service email. Apple or Google also process information when you use their sign-in services. Providers process information according to their applicable terms and privacy policies. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where these providers operate.
Confidential team reports are routed to the responsible coach. A report can include the preceding conversation transcript and available media references, and may be delivered by email. Platform staff may review retained evidence where necessary to handle an account-deletion request, a safety concern, abuse, or a legal obligation. Copies already emailed, downloaded or exported by other people cannot be recalled by the app.
We retain account and team records as needed to operate the service. Media may expire separately from comments, coaching feedback and timing records; a video's removal does not necessarily remove the related activity record. Local downloads, saved Photos copies and recipients' exports have separate lifecycles.
You can request account deletion from Profile and Account in the app. Deletion requires identity verification and, where you own a team, a choice about its ownership or archive. For supported website subscriptions, account deletion initiates cancellation of renewals you sponsor. Deleting your app account does not cancel an Apple subscription: cancel it separately in your Apple subscription settings. Already-paid team coverage and other members' records are separate. Processing is not instantaneous, and the app provides a status receipt.
Report evidence associated with a deletion request may be preserved for restricted review while the ordinary account removal proceeds. Evidence cleanup requires separate approval and can be delayed by a retention hold or legal obligation. We may retain limited transaction, security, deletion-status and other records needed for accounting, fraud prevention or legal requirements. We do not promise deletion of copies outside our control.
You can edit supported profile information, control notifications and device permissions, and use the account data export. Contact support@vera-time.com for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, including if you cannot sign in. Tell us which app and account you mean; do not send your password. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
VeraTime Teams requires account holders to be at least 13. It is not intended for children under 13. Parents and coaches should ensure that information they submit about other people is appropriate and authorized. Contact us if you believe an under-13 account has been created.
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service notice.
